Mission/Scope
A municipal Strategic Plan provides a vision for the future and can help align resource management and budgeting with priorities for Southbury. The Strategic Plan Task Force is a temporary task force with a duration of 6 months to help develop a Strategic Plan.
The Strategic Plan Task Force will gather information to help the Board of Selectmen to choose three-five objectives, with a three-five year timeline, from which to create an updated Strategic Plan to present to the Board of Selectmen for feedback and approval.
