The rain did not stop the art! Kids and adults alike tried their hand at different arts and crafts projects at Ballantine Pavilion. Southbury Parks and Recreation partnered with Southbury Arts and Culture Alliance – SACA and Middlebury & Southbury Equity & Inclusion Council.
