7/22/2024 - Outdoor Concert: The O-Tones at Town Hall Green Monday evening concert series. The O-Tones, a hot New England Swing & Motown band, appeals to all ages. With lots of soul, they’ll get your feet dancing. Their songs are well-loved, coming from many different eras. Whether singing an old jazz ballads or punching out a fiery Motown or R&B tune for dancing, audiences have taken to their sound for decades. Their diverse repertoire as a dance band showcases powerful vocal harmonies, a driving rhythm section, soulful tenor sax, blazing guitar solos, and funky keyboard. The older generation feels nostalgic while the younger crowd comes alive hearing the compelling rhythm and melodies. They really understand the groove. The concert is free and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. In case of rain, the concert will be cancelled. All concerts will be held next to the Southbury Town Hall.
