Join Southbury Parks and Rec Clubhouse in celebrating a YEAR of Adventures! In this multigenerational class, we explore collaborative storytelling through Dungeons and Dragons. Along the way, adults help pass on this classic gaming tradition and kids develop social and emotional skills that serve everyone well outside of the RPG (roll play game). Minors must be accompanied by an adult - all adult supervisors are welcome to register as well and join in the game!
FREE One-Shot Adventure: Join us for an adventure run by a professional Game Master! Characters will be pre-made and all instructions will be given - this event is for anyone and everyone who has ever been curious about Dungeons and Dragons! No experience necessary, all residencies welcome.
Weekly Adventure: Registration is on a month-to-month basis but the group meets almost every week. All materials provided, just bring your imagination: group members take turns running games as the DM (Dungeon Master).
The program is held at the Southbury Parks & Recreation building, 561 Main Street South, Southbury.
