Southbury Parks and Recreation would like to share these announcements from the local Youth Sports organizations. Please note that these programs are not run by the Southbury Parks and Recreation Department. All questions and comments should be sent to the organizations.
Pomperaug Basketball Community (PBC) is a regional basketball program. PBC offers basketball programs for athletes in grades K-12. Travel (grades 5-8), In-House (grades 2-8), High School Basketball (grades 9-12) and Little Swishers (grades 1-2).
The travel registration deadline is 9/26. In-House registration will be open throughout October, and Little Swishers registration will begin in November. High School Basketball registration will stay through December. Athletes on the High School Basketball team cannot sign up for PBC’s High School Basketball league. The league holds practices for travel and recreation at various times, dates and Region 15 school locations. The schedule will be sent out closer to the start of the season.
