Summer Concerts Series

NEW LOCATION Settlers Park, 280 Crook Horn Road

Concerts are free and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. The concerts will be canceled in the event of rain - alerts will be posted to the P&R page southburyct.myrec.com after 3pm on the day of the concert.

July 14 August 7: 6:00 – 8:00 pm “LOGICAL PRETZEL"

Rescheduled to August 7.

Logical Pretzel is an eight-piece collective honoring the music of Donald Fagen and Walter Becker. The band's take on Steely Dan includes infectious hits like "Rikki Don't Lose that Number" and "My Old School", as well as jazzy deep-catalogue cuts.

Southbury Celebration

Lake Stibbs Field, Southbury Training School, 1461 South Britain Road

Food! Fun!! Fireworks!!! Please bring your lawn chairs and blankets and get set for a terrific evening of fun and celebration for all ages.

• Food court and music from 4:30 to 9:00pm
• FIREWORKS approximately at 8:15pm

No alcohol and no pets are permitted at the event. Caution should be exercised with service animals due to the large crowds and fireworks noises. Due to congested event traffic and safety concerns, there will be no pedestrian walking, no vehicle parking and no parent “drop off/pick up” along Route 172.
