11/10/2022 - Southbury Senior Center 2022 Holiday Cheer Program Items Needed

The Southbury Senior Center is hard at work on its Annual Holiday Cheer drive geared to bring cheer to Southbury seniors during the holiday season. The Southbury Senior Services Department identifies needy seniors and seniors who may be isolated and/or in need of some holiday happiness. The program relies heavily on donations from the community.

Due to the popularity of our “themed” approach these past two years, we are again creating “theme/experience” gifts for our seniors. We welcome and appreciate donated items needed for these baskets or completed baskets. We request that all donations be delivered to the Southbury Senior Center no later than Thursday, December 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

The following themed cheer baskets will be distributed to the seniors. The themes are listed below. Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support of our senior community! Wishing you all a healthy, happy holiday season.
