Join certified Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC) counselor Dianne Slater for “A Talk on Grief” on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. This hour at the Southbury Parks and Recreation building will provide support on navigating grief after the loss of child. In 2019, Dianne lost her son, which inspired her to become a counselor so that other bereaved parents could sit with someone who truly does understand. She will help you find your way through the darkness, address the drug epidemic affecting our children, and help you with your post traumatic growth.
