7/6/2023 - Ruth Bader Ginsburg - I Dissent on July 15, 2023

On Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 1-2pm in person in the Kingsley Room, join us for a performance exploring the life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an American lawyer and jurist who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1993 until her death in September 2020. Join us as we explore this inspiring story of how she changed her life—and ours in this one-woman performance by Sheryl Faye.

Sheryl Faye has been acting since she was seven years old. She now has eight one-woman shows that tour throughout New England. She writes and performs with StageCoach Improv, has voiced characters in Sony PlayStation games, and performs throughout Boston and New York.

Like all Southbury Public Library programs, this program is free to attend and open to anyone regardless of town of residency. This program is sponsored by the Charles H. and Ella Emery Rutledge Fund. Registration is required. Please visit the link below for more information and to register.
