5/16/2023 - John Adams - The Forgotten Founder on May 30, 2023

On Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 from 2-3:30pm on Zoom and streamed to the Kingsley Room, join us for a virtual program about one of the United States’ founding fathers: John Adams.

John Adams held many roles in the formation of the United States: Lawyer, Co-author of the Declaration of Independence, Ambassador for a fledgling republic, Vice President for two terms for George Washington and Second President of the United States. However, his role in the formation of the United States has been less celebrated than some of his contemporaries. Join us as we explore the life of John Adams.

Mark Albertson is the historical research editor for the Army Aviation magazine, and the historian for the Army Aviation Association of America. He has taught classes on military history at Norwalk Community College as well as the Lifetime Learners Institute. Albertson has authored several books on military history.
