10/26/2021 - Laurel and Hardy Presentation on November 19, 2021

On Friday, November 19th, 2021 from 2-3:30pm on Zoom and streamed to the Kingsley Room, join us for a light-hearted program about two Hollywood legends Laurel and Hardy.

Stanley Laurel and Oliver Norvel Hardy formed one of the greatest comedy partnerships in the history of film. Join us for a presentation about their rise during the silent film era of Hollywood, through their continued success with talking pictures. Laurel and Hardy were able to transcend the different ages of movies like no one else.

Mark Albertson is the historical research editor for the Army Aviation magazine, and the historian for the Army Aviation Association of America. He has taught classes on military history at Norwalk Community College as well as the Lifetime Learners Institute. Albertson has authored several books on military history.
