On Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 from 2-3:30pm on Zoom or watch it from our Kingsley Room, join us for an educational lecture about the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

On August 6, 1945, history was changed forever with the atomic incineration of Japan's eighth largest city, Hiroshima. Join us as we learn about the bombing of Hiroshima, why the bombs were used, the political situation as it existed in August 1945 and the defenses of Japan in preparation for the invasion of the home islands.
