The Southbury Public Library Youth Services department is thrilled to welcome back the chefs from Food Explorers. This time we’re making Blueberry Pie...from scratch! You'll be making your own pastry and delicious blueberry filling.
To make this recipe you’ll need the following ingredients: flour, butter, salt, blueberries (fresh is recommended), 1 lemon, 1 egg, and optional cornstarch and cinnamon. You'll also need a rolling pin and a pie dish.
Food Explorers: Blueberry Pie – Monday, July 26 at 11:00 am live on Zoom. Participants will receive a Zoom link and credentials the morning of the program.
