On Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 11:00am-12:00 pm in the Kingsley Room, join us for an introduction to sound healing and meditation.
Join sound vibration therapy practitioner Jeanine Chayka of Inspired Vibration by JC for this introduction to Sound Bath Healing. Jeanine will offer a short introduction to the principles and practices of sound healing, then lead participants on a guided meditation focused on pain relief, using tuning forks, drums, singing bowls and other instruments.
There is no physical contact during this program. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and are invited to bring a yoga mat if they prefer it to a chair.
Jeanine Chayka is the founder of Inspired Vibrations. She is certified as an Advance level Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki 1 &; 2 and a Meditation guide as well as a Certified Recovery Support Specialist through Hartford Healthcare.
