This July, Southbury Public Library’s online art gallery will feature nature photos by Johanna George.
Johanna’s hobby is photography. She has always loved taking photos of nature’s beautiful and unique scenes, as well as birds and other animals. She really started to improve her photography when she joined the Photography Club at Flander’s Nature Center 8 years ago, where she learned various techniques to enhance her photos.
Johanna likes displaying them for others to enjoy, and has done so at various events at Flanders. This is the first time she has been asked to do a digital exhibit though the Library. She’s looking forward to viewing other artists’ work as well.
