Application of HLB Properties, LLC for approval of a Special Exception for a Planned Development Unit (PDU) – Mixed Use Building located at 7 Poverty Road, Map 29, Block 67, Lot H19, Zone B-2C.
The Site Plans entitled “BUILDING H APARTMENTS 83-87 BENNETT SQUARE, 7 POVERTY ROAD, SOUTHBURY, CONNECTICUT (Sheet A.101 – Second Floor)” prepared by Bennett Sullivan Associate, Inc. dated August 2022; “SEPTIC SYSTEM FEASIBILITY PLAN” prepared by Wolff Engineering dated December 6, 2022 are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 32 Poverty Road, LLC, N/F Offmainre, LLC, N/F Poverty Property Development, LLC; on the North East by land N/F KB Holdings, LLC; on the East by land N/F Main Street South; on the South by land N/F HB Corp; on the West by land N/F HB Corp; and on the North West by land N/F JK Properties, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
