At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve a Lot Line Revision for Rutledge, 530 & 542 Main Street North (Lots H2A & H2B); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED and approved to recommend to the Board of Selectmen the discontinuance of the Jeremy Swamp Road Extension from Hulls Hill Road to Plaster House Road (dirt section) to vehicular traffic.
VOTED and approved to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission regarding 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#22 Southbury Self Storage (Amendment #1), General Text Amendment & Detailed Plans – Amend description of proposed buildings located at 82 Poverty Road; subject to administrative requirements.
