At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED and approved Special Exception Application for Planned Development Unit #16 – 774 Main Street South; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable recommendation to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) Atkinson request to Purchase Town of Southbury land in Peach Orchards (12-2-13-14, 12-2-7, 12-5-1, 12-5-2, and 12-5-11); subject to administrative requirements.
