The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of Moby, LLC for approval of a Special Exception for a Planned Development Unit (PDU) – Mixed Use Building located at 774 Main Street South, Map 24, Block 80, Lot 7, Zone B-3B.
The Site Plans entitled “EXISTING CONDITIONS PLAN, DATA ACCUMULATION PLAN, SITE, SOIL & EROSION CONTROL PLAN, DETAILS PLAN, 774 MAIN STREET SOUTH, MAP 24 BLOCK 80 LOT 7, MOBY LLC, SOUTHBURY, CONNECTICUT (4 sheets) prepared by Stuart Somers Company, LLC dated March 15, 2022.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 760A Main LLC, N/F 760B Main Street South LLC, N/F Heads Up Realty LLC, N/F Derm South LLC, N/F 760 Main LLC, N/F STC College Fund LLC, CJS Properties LLC; and on the West by land N/F RoxRiv 83 Partners.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
