At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following action:
VOTED to recommend a favorable response to the Board of Selectmen (8-24 Referral) – Mencel request to purchase Town of Southbury land in Berkshire Estates (Map 19B, Block 62, Lots 2-30+, 57-LE); subject to administrative requirements.
