The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of KB Holding, LLC for approval of a Special Exception – Establishment of a Church and Place of Worship for the Shepaug Valley Church to be located at 88 Main Street South, Suite A101.
The Site Plans entitled “EXISTING & DEMO FLOOR PLAN, Prepared For SHEPAUG VALLEY CHURCH, SUITE A101, 88 MAIN STREET SOUTH, SOUTHBURY, CT” (Sheet X.100) dated October 2021; “PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN, Prepared For SHEPAUG VALLEY CHURCH, SUITE A101, 88 MAIN STREET SOUTH, SOUTHBURY, CT” (Sheet A.100) dated October 2021; and “IMPROVEMENT LOCATION SURVEY, Prepared For 6645 CORNER, LLC, 88 MAIN STREET SOUTH, SOUTHBURY, CT” (revision date May 31, 2005.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F 32 Poverty Road, LLC; by land N/F KPMM Realty Holdings, LLC; on the East by Main Street South; on the South by Poverty Road; and on the West by land N/F Poverty Property Development, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
