At a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Special Exception & Site Plan Application – Blossoming Minds Child Daycare, 690 Main Street South; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve Special Exception Application – Arts Escape, 493 Heritage Road, (a.k.a Suite 4C, Village Street, Heritage Village); subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification Application – Leisure Time, 1500 Southford Road; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Commission – 8-3a (b) Referral – PDD#17 Heritage Center, LLC (Amend#17), General Text Amendment – Water Treatment Facility/Building.
VOTED to approve Lot Line Revision – 576 Main Street North (Williams) Lot H3; subject to administrative requirements.
