The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of LUNA Holdings, LLC for approval of a Special Exception & Site Plan for Affordable Housing under Ct Statutes Section 8-30g – 14 Apartment Units to be located on 336 Old Waterbury Road, Map 35, Block 32, Lot 22, Zone R-60.

The land is bounded on the North by Old Waterbury Road; on the East by Greenhouse Condominium’s; on the South by State of Connecticut (I-84 highway); and on the West by land N/F Luna Holdings, LLC.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
