The Zoning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:30 p.m. in Room 205 to hear the following:
Application #10816 SRG Family LLC/owner for a Special Exception Soil Extraction Permit pertaining to Section 8 of the Zoning Regulations for temporary stockpile and silt fence with erosion control for approximately 7,000 cubic yards of soil on property located at 136 & 140 Old Waterbury Road (Assessor’s Map 35, Block 32, Lots 9 and 9A).

The land is bounded on the North by Old Waterbury Road; and on the East by N/F Harold Carlquist & Michele Carlquist and Daniel P. Manson & Lisa M. Manson; and on the South by N/F Southhaven Associates, LLC; and on the West by N/F Southhaven Associates, LLC and SRG Family, LLC and N/F Fernando Schulter Rodriguez.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
