The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a continued Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 in the Southbury Town Hall in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10607, McKenna – Application for Variance under Section 4.4 to review the minimum regulatory setback of 30 feet to 15 feet from the street, so as to permit construction of a single family dwelling with attached garage for property located at 86 Lower Fish Rock Road, Zone R-20.
