DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED: Application #26-0622-ZC: 92 Glen Lane Southbury, CT 06488. Brian Catlin (Owner and Applicant). MBL 33-22-J3. Application for an Appeal to ZEO decision that the proposed structure in front yard of R-60 Zone does not meet criteria of ornamental well.
Commissioner Smith made a motion to DENY the appeal. Commissioner Wysocki seconded the motion. All in favor. APPEAL DENIED.
