DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED IN FAVOR AND PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION Special Exception & Site Plan Modification: 616 Main Street South, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking to demolish existing structures, remove impervious parking area, install new drainage system and hardscaping per plan, and install new structure. The proposed re-development has received Inland-Wetlands approval. Site plan included.
