At their Special Meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:

Cease and Desist Order issued for the unpermitted conduct of activities within the IWW regulated area, removal of vegetation along and around the watercourse, and the destabilization of the watercourse embankment.
Commissioner Lesch made the motion to uphold the Cease and Desist order pending a landscaping plan suitable to staff and application submitted. Commissioner Weldon seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion passes.
