DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
DENIED Application #26-0702-ZC: 102 Housatonic Trail, CT 06488. Vincenzo Dilorio (Owner)/Julius Bogner (Applicant). MBL 20A-15-28-33. Application for a Variance to Zoning Regulations Schedule B, Line 8, seeking a reduction on the required setback measurements for proposed structure on house in R-20 Zone and Section 13.6 seeking an expansion of a nonconformity.
Commissioner Kane made a motion to DENY the application. Commissioner Edwards seconded the motion. All in favor. APPLICATION DENIED.
