The Board of Assessment Appeals will meet on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 9:00am to 10:00am in room 205 at the Southbury Town Hall located at 501 Main Street South, Southbury CT.
Taxpayers wishing to appeal their October 1, 2025 motor vehicle assessment are encouraged to obtain a form from the Assessor’s Office or on the town of Southbury’s website.
As of October 1, 2024, motor vehicles are valued using original MSRP and a standardized depreciation schedule per CGS 12-71d(b). The board of assessment appeals will only address appeals regarding MSRP.
