The Zoning Board of Appeals electronically accepted one application on June 22, 2026 and one application on July 7, 2026 and will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South; Room 205-A for the following applications:

Brian Catlin (Owner/Applicant). MBL 33-22-J3. Application for an Appeal to ZEO decision that the proposed structure in front yard of R-60 Zone does not meet criteria of ornamental well.
Application #26-0702-ZC: 102 Housatonic Trail, CT 06488.
Vincenzo Dilorio /Julius Bogner (Owner/Applicant). MBL 20A-15-28-33. Application for a Variance to Zoning Regulations Schedule B, Line 8, seeking a reduction on the required setback measurements for proposed structure on house in R-20 Zone and Section 13.6 seeking an expansion of a nonconformity.
