At a regular meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions and pending final resolution for:
Application #26-0407-ZC: Modification of Detailed Plans for 774 Main Street South, Southbury CT 06488. Ms. Estee Zaloumis (Applicant/Owner). Seeking approval for exterior modification to add eaves/overhangs, one (1) generator for building, relocation of two (2) condensers to the rear right of the location and adding two (2) gas meters on the right side facing the road. Site plan included.
