Southbury Historic District Commission
The Southbury Historic District Commission will conduct the following public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2026, in Room 201 of Southbury Town Hall, at 7:00 p.m. Karen Seabury and Christopher DiTuccio, 1201 Old Field Road, are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness to expand the entrance to their home. This will involve the addition of a roof and side windows, and replacement of the existing front door.
Interested persons should attend, and written communication will be accepted.
