DECISIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
At their Regular Meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED UNANIMOUSLY PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION: Motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Greenspan to recommend the approval for the Site Plan Modification and Special Exception: 775 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Seeking approval for a change of use to a pottery studio from an office space; namely ‘The Clay Social.’ Ms. Danielle Merrill (Applicant & Business Owner). Site plan included.
VOTED UNANIMOUSLY PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION: Motion made by Commissioner Chairman Teardo; seconded by Commissioner Huntley to recommend the approval for the Site Plan Modification and Special Exception: 33 Bullet Hill Road, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for a change of use from an office space to a men’s health clinic for hormone treatment; namely ‘Gameday Mens Health.’ CT Health Group, LLC. (Applicant). Mr. Anthony Luccaro Jr. is representing the applicant. Site plan included. Open Public Hearing
