PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205, at 7:00 p.m. for the following application:
- Site Plan Modification and Special Exception: 775 Main Street South, Southbury, CT 06488. Seeking approval for a change of use to a pottery studio from an office space; namely ‘The Clay Social.’ Ms. Danielle Merrill (Applicant & Business Owner). Site plan included.
- Site Plan Modification and Special Exception: 33 Bullet Hill Road, Southbury CT 06488. Seeking approval for a change of use from an office space to a men’s health clinic for hormone treatment; namely ‘Gameday Mens Health.’ CT Health Group, LLC. (Applicant). Mr. Anthony Luccaro Jr. is representing the applicant. Site plan included.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
