Ms. Lisa St Lou (Owner/Applicant). MBL 53-11-1. Application for a Special Exception to schedule A. line B 3.1 seeking approval for the operation of a nonprofit educational workshop operating as Black Heron Arts Inc. within the R-60 zone.

Islam Ahmad (Applicant) / Wallace Curtis Parcell & James William Parcell (Owners) MBL 29B-80-4. Application for a Variance to Zoning Regulations Section 9.3.5, seeking approval to locate (16) sixteen parking spaces within the 40 feet setback off of the Westerly and Northerly property lines abutting a residential zone (R-20).
