The Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205-A at 7:00 P.M. for the following application:
- Application #26-0310-ZC: Text Change and Modification of Detailed Plans for 775 Main Street South, CT 06488 (PDD#8; Amendment #25). Ms. Kristen Golankiewicz of Regency Centers (Applicant). Seeking approval to modify section 2.1.1 to permit fast casual restaurant and table service restaurant.
- Application #26-0311-ZC: Modification of Detailed Plans for 775 Main Street South, CT 06488 (PDD#8). Ms. Mistie Certain of Regency Centers (Applicant) for ‘Bubbakoos Burritos.’ Seeking approval under section 2.1 to permit a fast casual restaurant defined as food service restaurant offering on premise and off premise consumption without table service.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
