At their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, January 21 2026, the Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS AND PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION:
Application# 1768: 251 Painter Road & Bagley Road, Southbury, CT 06488. Andrew DeInegro (Applicant). MBL 41-36-F15. Seeking approval for a proposed two lot re-subdivision fronting Bagley Road with no inland wetland filling required.
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS AND PENDING FINAL RESOLUTION:
Application# 1769: West Gilbert Road Vacant Parcel. Peter Dawson (Applicant/Owner). MBL 2-88-12A. Development of construction vehicle access to FirstLight portion of property to complete activity permitted on waterfront. The access path will remain as a cart path allowing the residents to access the waterfront as well as future work or rehabilitation permitted through FirstLight. All trees to be removed are marked with green flag tape.
