At a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Commission took the following action:
APPROVED with conditions and resolution passed for:
Petition To Amend Section -12 of the Zoning Regulations: Southbury Zoning Commission (Petitioner) proposing to amend Section 12 of the Southbury Zoning Regulations to handle Planned Development Units (PDUs) on Main Street South in the same manner as Planned Development Districts (PDDs).
