DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: Application #25-321-Z: 255 Old Field Road, Southbury, CT 06488; Mr. Gregory Miller (Applicant). Approval with conditions for a Site Plan Modification under Section 6 (6.12) to Zoning Regulations, to construct a 12x24 feet storage shed for golf carts at ‘Gainfield Farms Golf Course.’ Does not encroach on to adjoining properties. Site plan provided to the Land Use Office.
