PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205-A, at 7:00 P.M. for the following application:
Site Plan Modification: 1450 Southford Road. B-1B Commercial Zone. Conversion of approved use from Happy Days Adult Daycare to Happy Days Creative Arts Center.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
