PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, Room 205 at 6:30 P.M. for the following application:
Appeal to Notice of Violation: 92 Glen Lane, Southbury CT 06488. Mr. Brian Catlin (Applicant/Owner). This is an appeal for the Notice of Violation for a shade structure on the property near the cul-de-sac. Structure is set outside the required property setbacks as per the Southbury Zoning regulations. Site plan provided with this application.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
