6/6/2021 - CT Trails Day - Hike at Kettletown State Park (Miller Trail)

Hike the Miller Trail in Kettletown State Park. We will pass a charcoal hearth site, seasonal views of Lake Zoar, a log bridge, old stone walls, erosion control devices, and evidence of the destruction caused in the park by the tornado of May 15, 2018. This is a loop trail. Not stroller friendly. Hikers should wear sturdy footwear, and bring water and a snack.

To find the Miller Trail, enter the park and take every right fork.

Trails Day is a two-day national event on the first weekend in June every year.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED. Registration opens on May 20.
