8/2/2021 - Rubber City Concert at Town Hall Green Monday evening concert series. Rubber City draws its name from the rich heritage of Naugatuck, Connecticut’s once thriving rubber industry and is comprised mostly of musicians residing in the Naugatuck valley. With a dynamic blend of vocals, rhythm, and a 4-member horn section, the band covers bands such as Chicago, the Blues Brothers, Tower of Power, and many more. Since 2007, Rubber City has loudly and clearly made its presence known in the local music scene. The concert is free and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. In case of rain, the concert will be cancelled. All concerts will be held in a new location - next to the Southbury Town Hall.
