4/28/2021 - May 5, 2021 Referendum Information General Information The Town of Southbury Budget and Pomperaug Regional School District #15 Budget Referendum Date: Wednesday, May 5, 2021 Referendum hours: 6AM - 8PM Polling location: All voting will be held at the Firehouse at 461 Main Street South. All citizens will be required to wear face coverings when entering the polling place. Property owners who are not registered voters in Southbury may vote at the referendum providing they are U.S. Citizens, at least 18 years of age and own property valued at $1,000 or more recorded on the Southbury Grand List as of October 1, 2020. Additional Information 2021-2022 Proposed Town of Southbury Budget Annual Town Meeting will be held on May 3, 2021 to discuss the 2021-2022 proposed municipal budget. 2021-2022 Proposed Region 15 Budget Voters must provided identification to vote at the polling place. Acceptable forms of identification include: a driver’s license or other photo ID; U.S Passport; a pre-printed form of ID, like a tax bill or utility bill, pay stub or bank statement; Social Security card or other government document that shows your name and address; a document that shows your name and signature (i.e. a credit card).
