Since 2019, Otto Strong Forever has raised funds to benefit the local community through thousands of dollars in scholarships each year, charitable support of local non-profits Logan Murphy Mengold, Southbury Food Bank, Needy Fund, and Women's Club, as well as larger organizations such as Tommy Fund, Make-a-Wish of Connecticut and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
