CLASS HIGHLIGHTS
YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR TWEENS & TEENS
Vinyasa style class geared towards stress relief for tweens and teens. Lessons will also include relaxation strategies (breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, etc.), all in a non-competitive way. Learning yoga helps to cultivate inner strength and reduce anxiety, while building strength and flexibility. No experience necessary.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This hour long interval style class combines cardio and weights to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility. By alternating power cardio movements with resistance training, our goal is to burn calories, reduce stress, and above all have fun. Please bring a set of dumbbells (5 - 10 pounds), a mat for floor work, a water bottle and a towel. All levels are welcome.
