On Friday, September 20 from 2-4pm, in the Kingsley Room, Mike Ingber will talk about the importance of backing up information and creating a backup strategy at Southbury Public Library.
So many computer users do not backup their important and possibly irreplaceable data. If you are part of this very large group, then you are risking losing your precious information. What causes data to be lost and how can you prevent it? What information should you be backing up and what are some options for doing backups? What other considerations are part of good backup strategy? Join us for answers to these very important questions.
Mike Ingber is the owner of Upward Business Systems, which has been in business since 1989 and provides expert, reliable, affordable computer consulting services to a large base of clients. Clients include town halls, schools, non-profit agencies, small and medium businesses of all sorts, home users, and senior citizens. Mike received an M.S. Degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, and a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and Applied Math from Stony Brook University.
