The following decisions were made at the August 7, 2018 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals:
APPROVED the Resolution of Special Exception & Site Plan Modification for #10459 Applicant St. James Lutheran Church – Applying for Modification of Special Exception under Schedule A, Line-B3.1 to permit placement of an 8’ x 12’ storage shed for used clothing collection on church property located at 111 Peter Road, Zone R-30.
GRANTED an Application of Variance #10489 Applicants, David and Donna York to allow for minimum regulatory setback of 30 feet to 16 feet from the street line, so as to permit construction of an attached garage for property located at 307 Manor Road in Zone R-20.
