Southbury Town Pool at Ballantine

Ballantine Pool is located at 611 Old Field Road. It has lounge chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck for all to use and you can also bring your own chairs. Food and drink are allowed, but NO GLASS PERMITTED! Besides our main pool there is a separate fenced-in kiddie pool for the young children. Children who are not toilet trained need to wear a swim diaper. The Bathhouse has women’s and men’s changing areas, rest rooms and showers for your convenience.

Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
POST-SEASON HOURS (August 28 - September 1)
Monday-Friday 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
LABOR DAY HOURS (September 2)

To serve you better, hours are subject to change. Pool may be closed or opening may be delayed for an occasional scheduled swim meets.

Adult One Day Pass* $8 (Resident) / $10 (Non-Resident*)
Child One Day Pass* $6 (Resident) / $8 (Non-Resident*)

Please understand that passes are required to enter the facility even if you are not swimming.

*Day passes may be purchased at the pool or P&R office.

Membership Descriptions

Proof of residency at the residential address is required.

Family Parents and their dependent children under 24 years of age permanently residing in the same household. Permanent care-givers and nannies may be included in family memberships. Grandparents may not be included in the same membership, but are eligible for their own passes.
Individual Adults and youth ages 13 and over.
Senior Adults age 55 and over.
Adult Day Pass Resident adults age 13 and over.
Child Day Pass Resident child age 12 and under. Child must be accompanied by an adult.
*Non-Resident For One Day Passes, Non-Resident guest must be accompanied by a resident pool member.
